Here’s a quick demo: visit uniodessy.site and click on “Schedule your free consultation” to see the meeting scheduler in action.
So let’s start!!
First, visit the Cal website and sign up using your email address. You also have the option to sign in with your Google account if you prefer. During the sign-up process, you will need to create a username and password. Make sure to choose a secure password that you can remember. After entering your details, you will be prompted to accept the cookie and privacy terms.
Next, they will send you an email regarding verification.
You will be prompted for some additional details. Fill them in and move on.
Select a calendar of your choice (I prefer Google Calendar). It will ask for your verification.
Next, it will ask you to connect your video apps (preferably Google Meet or Discord).
Your time is valuable, so set your availability
Add your profile image and a bit about yourself. This is your chance to shine!
You will be prompted to create an event type,
Create any event type that suits your needs and move on to the next step.
Once you have created your event type, you will have two options to share your meeting scheduler. You can either embed the scheduler directly onto your website or copy a clean link to share with others.
To embed the scheduler, you will be provided with an HTML code snippet. Simply copy this code and paste it into the HTML of your website where you want the scheduler to appear. This will allow visitors to book meetings directly from your site.
If you prefer to share a link, copy the provided URL and share it via email, social media, or any other platform. This link will take users to a standalone page where they can schedule a meeting with you.
By following these steps, you will have a fully functional meeting scheduler integrated into your website, making it easy for clients and colleagues to book time with you.
